KWIKWETLEM BUSINESS PARK
Project Description
KFNE is developing the 44-hectare Kwikwetlem Business Park (KBP) off Pitt River Road in Port Coquitlam. The KBP will be comprised of light industrial and commercial complexes, that will be implemented in three phases. When complete the KBP will support thousands of new jobs and generate millions in new tax dollars.

KWIKWETLEM HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTRE
Project Description
The Kwikwetlem Health & Wellness Centre will be constructed as the gateway building in the Kwikwetlem Business Park. The building will include over 100,000 sq. ft. of space available for family physicians, dentists, chiropractor and other health and wellness practitioners. It will also include a pharmacy, laboratory services, coffee shop and other amenities.
